Shipping options
To complete your order, it is necessary to have made full payment and for the payment to appear in our account. Cash on delivery orders are excluded.
Orders are delivered to the transportation company within 1-3 days.
Your package can be shipped to any location, either within Greece and Cyprus through collaborating courier companies (such as General Postal Services) or internationally via ELTA.
Products are collected during our business hours (09:00-19:00) and can be paid for in the method of your choice (cash, credit card, etc.).
At this point, it should be clarified that if you have selected ‘Bank Deposit’ as the payment method, your payment should be executed and appear in our account within 2 business days. Otherwise, the products will no longer be reserved, and your order will be automatically canceled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The products that appear on “hurrica.eu” and are the labeled as “in stock” are available and ready for shipping. Following your order placement, we typically require a period of 1-2 business days to process and dispatch the product.
Shipping Charges
Greece
€5 for packages weighing up to 3 kg. For remote areas, the charge is determined upon agreement.
Cyprus
There’s a flat rate of €9 for orders shipping to Cyprus.
International Orders
International Orders Shipments for international orders are carried out through the postal service, and the applicable charges are listed in the official price list of ELTA (Hellenic Post).
Cash on Delivery Payment (Αντικαταβολή) for your order can be made upon delivery of the package. The additional charge is €2.00 and this service is only available in Greece.
Order Tracking You can track the progress of your order using the tracking system of the transportation company by using the shipment code.
Returns
If you wish to return any of the products you purchased, you can do so within 14 days, provided that the product is accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Additionally, it should be returned in its original packaging, intact, and without any damage. No labels or stickers should have been removed, and it should not have been used.
If the return is due to the company’s fault (wrong or defective product shipment), the pickup from your location will be arranged after consultation with us, and the cost of shipping will be borne by the company. In any other case where you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so using a shipping method of your choice, assuming full cost and responsibility for transportation. It is recommended to coordinate with us before any return.
